You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of technical people and assist them in problem solving in development of support of the Data Protector, which is an enterprise backup application. The activities would include,
Be a technical expert on the Data Protector product Actively come up with ideas to enhance the product and prepare specs Investigate and guide the team to design new features in the product Help the team in solving technical issues Train the new members to the team Help the manager in preparing the schedule for the releases |
