Description : |
|
•Overall responsibility for the Service Desk modules of the ServiceNow ITSM tool, includes configuration of new elements and support of existing elements
•Collect, prioritize, determine time and money cost, build, test and deploy needed configurations in the Service Desk modules in support of the Service Desk organization goals
•Work closely with the broader ITSM organization, striving for consistency and designing best practices throughout the ServiceNow tool including configuration, system upgrades and system testing and availability
•Provide training and knowledgebase information to the Service Desk organization to ensure high degree of aptitude throughout the team
•Proactively align with the Continuous Service Improvement role to ensure the tool is able to be efficiently and effectively used by SD team members
