Software evaluation and configuration, proof of concept projects, integration projects – for Documentum and related products from a variety of vendors
• Analyze software capabilities to solve complex business problems at local and at enterprise level
• Modifies existing systems or integrates packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements, including customizations at enterprise level
• Designs and implements administrative tools and processes
• Life cycle management, capacity management, asset management
• Deep trouble shooting (tier 4)
• Acts as a discipline expert and consultant to manage vendor relationships and with internal capabilities teams and enterprise architects
• Coaches technical support staff, providing training, consulting, and efficiency tools as well as managing their project work |
