Description : |
| |
Establish and maintain a Governance, Risk and Compliance program,
Work with the internal Cyber Security Team for ISO 27001
Coordinate with internal business controls groups to ensure all required certifications are current and comply to remove any roadblocks to service delivery
Work with the Internal Cyber Security Team and External Teams pertaining to all levels of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
Coordinate and Track Compliance Audit activities as related to the Cyber Security Services
Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors to facilitate in external audits and to present internal audit findings
Work with Cyber Security Team to continually improve processes to ensure compliance without negative impacts to the business
Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution. Review and may resolve complex business issues.
Understand and utilize Information Technology Information Library (ITIL).
Comfortable managing technical issue as well as customer business impact and ability to blend and appreciate these aspects in communication with customer
Provide subject matter expertise to colleagues and projects outside of Security Operations Cente |
