Description : |
| |
•Strong working knowledge of enterprise application architectures, including firewalls, load balancers, application servers, and other applicable architectural configurations
•Strong working knowledge in SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 infrastructures including AWS or Azure Infrastructure as a Service and Office 365 Software as a Service with ability to federate with internal and external IAAS platforms
•Strong working knowledge of how to migrate on premise SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 Cloud-based IAAS
•Required ability to diagram SharePoint infrastructures and design Cloud-based infrastructure for scalability and long term sustainability
•Familiarity with cross-farm (federated) services architecture and multi-tenant hosting, as well as design, operational, and management considerations
•Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 administration and configuration including oversight of application patches as well as coordinated testing for O/S patches or upgrades
•Intermediate knowledge of external integration with SharePoint (e.g. SAP, CA PPM, Rally); ability to plan for such integrations and determine necessity vs nice-to-have
•A good / working knowledge of SharePoint functionality, limitations to functionality, and what can be done with SharePoint OOB
•A broad understanding of SharePoint, understands the building blocks of SharePoint (IIS, ASP.NET, Virtual Directories, AD)
•A broad understanding of the business use of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 (Sites, Site Collections, Permission Levels, Security Groups, Forms, List, Libraries)
•Proficient in troubleshooting techniques such as server errors and integration points that warrant escalation and coordination; excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
•Ability to create technical documents, functional specifications, use cases, prototypes, test and implementation plans with strong disciplines of Dev/Cert/Prod migrations a must
