| |
Scope and Responsibilities (in addition to PM R&R):
* Collaborate with business partners & product owners across Product, Merchandising & Adv Manufacturing, to create and manage a backlog of demand for Reporting and Analytics Products & Services
* Independently, represent Hypotheses, Use Cases, Solution Designs and Roadmaps, to business and technology leaders
* Provide technology planning expertise, as needed by business partners in Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence teams e.g. estimates for infrastructure & software
* Collaborate with partners in other PDR, Nike Technology and CDT teams, to create and maintain aligned schedules for Reporting & Analytics Releases
Experience & Qualifications (in addition to PM skills):
* MS/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in developing software through the complete software development lifecycle in Analytics and BI technologies
* Hands-on experience implementing large-scale solutions on Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop, Informatica, Tableau and Cognos, is highly desirable
* Strong preference for experience with Advanced Analytics platforms such as SAS, AIMMS, SPSS
* Experience with Agile & Scrum methodology Required
* Very Strong communication and collaboration skills
