e're currently seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Administrator to join our team! You will be part of a specialized Data Center Operations team covering a 24/7/365 schedule. Our Data Center Operations Technicians and Administrators are at the heart of our North American operations and are responsible for oversight of facilities operations, network cabling and physical hardware management on behalf of our Data Center operations organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Data Center Facilities and Infrastructure Rack and stack of computer hardware* Maintaining defined standards for cabling, labeling and setup of environment Monitoring and response to data center environmental systems Stellar interaction with customers through meetings, change management and verbal interactions
On call rotational support for after-hours issues24x7 awareness and readiness to support Data Center Infrastructure Work with Vendors to schedule support and installs Assist the Data Center Manager with high level technology planning and design, accurately defining short and long term objectives |
