Description : |
| |
Supports the internal IT team with deployment efforts and provides customer-facing time clock support
• Configures, tests, monitors and troubleshoots Kronos Device Manger
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of time clocks to ensure functionality across inter-dependent technologies
• Uses automated and manual techniques to perform tests designed to identify errors or issues with time clocks
• Performs analysis of issues reported to determine root cause and resolution. Provides on-call or after-hours support as required
• Ensures that system configurations and enhancements are successfully implemented
• Ensure that solutions conform to current industry and Aramark guidelines and standards
• Utilizes call tracking system to ensure proper tracking, documentation, resolution and ticket closure is provided to End-Users regarding incidents
• Adheres to change management procedures to ensure proper tracking, documentation, testing and approval is provided regarding changes to the environment or application
• Assist IT Team with installations, configurations, and upgrades when needed
• Assist in answering helpdesk requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from internal clients experiencing problems with network connectivity, and other computer-related issues
• Work closely with all team members to assist in the day-to-day efforts, while keeping all critical IT systems operational
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor hardware, software, and networking issues |
