rganization Enterprise Systems Development – Business Intelligence. The Project Leader will be responsible for managing and delivering Business Intelligence solutions to functional groups and business unit teams the company. The position requires strong collaborative and interpersonal skills coupled with technical competency. Specific responsibilities include: project planning, resource coordination, day to day project management, meeting facilitation, solution strategy development, implementation review and evaluation, delivering presentations, and communicating status. Knowledge & Skills: Project Management (Detailed Project Planning, Resource Planning, Status Development and Communication); Data Warehousing (Operational Data Stores, Dimensional Modeling, Master Data Management, Data Cleansing); Business Intelligence (Predictive Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Mining, Metadata Modeling & Management); and, Data Visualization (Reporting, Dashboards, Scorecards, Metrics). Technical Competencies: Database (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, T-SQL); ETL (Oracle Warehouse Builder, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server DTS); and, Business Intelligence & Reporting (SPSS, Cognos, SSAS). |
