Decision Making Authority:
The Senior Software Engineer performs duties in an independent manner with little or no supervision, exercises basic discretion and judgment regarding routine work, and looks for
assistance on non-routine events and issues.
VI. Skills Required:
* 7+ years professional object-oriented programming experience
* 3+ years of formal C# programming and .NET Framework technologies, libraries, asynchronous programming and multi-threaded application development
* 4+ years ASP . Net web development experience
* 5+ years SQL stored procedure development
* Working knowledge of Windows UI standards and idioms
* Strong working knowledge of MS Visual Studio, 2005/2008, ADO.NET, Windows forms, Multi-threading, MSDE/SQL Server 2005/2008, XML and some technical
understanding of MS Windows and x86 platform required
* Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as ability to learn new programs.
* Ability to independently own, design and develop quality code
* Ability to estimate development schedules for owned features
* Strong Organizational skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a complete manner
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field |
