Description : |
| |
Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance. Manages complex Information System projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet our Health System's business needs using the EpicCare solution. Maintains Epic applications and facilitates updates, new releases and system enhancements. Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed. Conducts or participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Inova Health System. Assists in recruitment, development and training of existing and new employees.
*Requirements
Recent/relevant project management and technical experience in applicable module of EpicCare System. Good communication skills, ability to work independently. System implementation experience required and experience in managing a systems project from initiation to completion. Preferred experience in Epic implementations including progressively responsible assignments in system analysis functions.
3-5 years as systems analyst or equivalent experience.
Certification in appropriate EpicCare Module(s) including Orders, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Willow or Reporting.
