| |
Overall project ownership for the infrastructure activities.
* Responsible for the project plan creation and any subsequent changes.
* Will coordinate the activities of SMEs.
* Conduct project meetings, record meeting minutes and action items, and follow-up on action items.
* Adhere to all of Client's project management standards and EPMO policies as required.
* Submit project purchases and track actual project costs vs. budget.
* Prepare monthly project flash reports and weekly status reports.
* Create or edit technical project documentation as required.
* Possible work on other infrastructure projects as time permits.
