•Solution Design & Deployment – design and implement performance monitoring solutions such as Microsoft SCOM, HP Diagnostics, etc., that ensure technology solutions are meeting required
•performance SLAs while ensuring scalability for future growth. Build solutions to assist with load/stress testing, performance forecasting and modeling.
•Problem Resolution & Planning – provide top tier technical support for performance and capacity issues. Utilize performance data and tools to aid in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for problems associated with technology assets.
•Processes, Standards & Best Practices – establish best practices for performance management. Establish baseline for current state, vision for future state, and a strategic roadmap that moves the performance management capability towards point of arrival |
