Education Requirements/Preference:· Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputed Institute (IIT, REC, Anna University, BITS etc…)Years Experience:· 5-7 Years in CMOS Digital Design, Memory design background· Experience in full custom memory (Flash or in SRAM/DRAM) design· Experience in RTL code, Full chip verification and Tops-down design flow· Experience in Mixed signal functional verification and synthesis· Timing analysis and closure· Good understanding of Memory architectures (Flash or in SRAM/DRAM)· Prior experience in a MNC in India or in abroad· Good written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience· NAND Flash memory is a strong +· Experience in Mixed signal design chip design· Experience in standard cell methodologies· Back end Physical design experience· Prior experience in Mentorship or Supervision of 2-3 Junior EngineersTasks to be performed & areas of responsibility (include physical aspects of the job):The successful candidate will work with the Flash design team in Sunnyvale to architect, design and develop NAND based Flash memory products utilizing state of the art non-volatile technologies. In this highly visible role you will perform the following duties:· Come up with Memory architecture and decoding logic· Architect control and test circuit operations· Code control and test logic in RTL· Run logic simulations, and timing analysis· Interface closely with other circuit designers· Document the control logic operation· Setup and run full chip logic verification test suites· Work with layout engineers and closely interact with them during the design phase by reviewing their layout and providing them instructions to change or improve |
