? Stockist Salesman Incentive Plan to align Branch Goals with Field Implementation
? Vendor Managed Inventory Champion in the Branch.
? Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by Customer Service Responsibilities like Faster Claim Processing, Project Money Plant.
? SKU Portfolio Management Champion ? Responsible for SKU count Reduction in the Branch.
