Responsible for Quality Assurance for the Tech Support department.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any engineering or diploma in computer science.
5+ years of experience with 2 years into Quality functions at leadership level in ITES/BPO/Operations/Customer service sector.
Experience in driving the company towards Six Sigma/ISO/Kaizen/BS 77799/COPC with certification.
Familiar with OS (Win 2000/NT/XP) and knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, word) is a must.
Skilled in communication, reasoning ability and ability to interpret same information when provided in different scenarios |
