Description : |

Candidate will be responsible for scheduling and organizing training Calenders.
Candidates would be required to organize and impart knowledge/skills to employees, in order to motivate and develop them for achieving and surpassing the set business targets in relation to customer service, sales, stock turn and profitability.
New hirers Induction Program
Develop new Materials for teaching on an ongoing basis
The position is based in Mumbai, Candidate will have to travel extensively all over India
Desired Profile:
Should have excellent Communication Skills
Should be handling Communication and Cultural Training.
Strong Facilitation Skills
Excellent Presentation skills
Computer Savvy
Candidates from Mumbai would be preferred.
Candidates should have 4- 5 years of experience in imparting training,
preferably in Retail / Hotel
