| |
Work closely with the COE Leader for Software Training business of the organisation.
-The person would be Responsible for putting in place robust learning processes and learning strategy for the entire Software Business for the organisation.
-Training need analysis and delivery & Development of training material.
-Training the trainers and Training for the new hires as well as the floor.
-Identify technical and management training requirements of the Vertical Business Units by an outcome oriented, consulting approach. Create training plans for Business Unit, aligned to their business plans. Operate in a dynamic, flexible and rapidly changing environment.
-Design Technical training for specific training programs e.g.; the Business Leadership Program for star performers to build global business leaders
-Identify and access internal trainers, plan and manage the training budget, and evaluate training effectiveness.
-Deepen domain and process understanding continuously to feed back into the S/W Training Business.
DESIRED PROFILE:
-The candidate must possess a total work experience of 12-19 Years with minimum 3-5 years in Technical/ S/W Training, function in any Industry preferably BPO/IT/BANKING SECTOR.
-Responsible for setting up the training division and formulating training process.
-The person must have been responsible for all divisions of training .Understanding, Organizing and regulating training plans,Training budget and vendor management.
-Strong research orientation, and strong drive to learn constantly
-Strong conceptualizing skills
-Ability to work and collaborate in virtual teams
-Training content development and Instructional Design
-Design and delivery of training
-Can organize work on a project mode.
