Setting process discipline across teams.
Identify and reduce the cost of poor quality
Improve engagement quality and effectiveness through a metrics rigor
Drive process improvement
Drive metrics measurement and reporting
Coach project teams on project planning and successful execution
Drive/direct/steer projects to success through standardization processes
Advise managers, communicate productivity, process, quality metrics and status to business leadership and project teams
Utilize and disseminate Quality standards and six sigma tools. Continually drive business focus and dedication to quality across all teams
Project management - Ensure projects are in line with key business priorities and that process issues are addressed quickly and improvements implemented.
Mentor teams and groups as needed to drive process discipline.
Mentoring and coaching GB and yellow belt Trainees
Deliver High Impact Six Sigma projects
