Manage a Vendor Partner Portfolio -includes identification of suitable vendors for IPGDC outsourcing, bring in new & let go existing, if needed
Evaluate Technical, Project Execution, Staffing and Other Service Criteria with Vendors
Negotiate Billing & Other Terms & Contracts - with Partner Vendors, in line with Business Needs
Track & Manage Partner Employee Performance - reviewing the HP Project Managers - and keep track of quality of staff
Track Partner/Vendor Overall Contract Performance - including Satisfaction Surveys with HP Managers
Track Staffing commitments (including replacements) - to meet Delivery Commitments
Interface with Partners on Periodic Billing, Infrastructure & Other issues
Manage Partners for Global GBU Labs for IPG (over $25M staffing business in US/Other Labs) & Synergize with local HSL Strategies
Benchmark Partner Management, in line with the Best in the Industry, to reap cost and delivery benefits to HP
