| |
Managing the strategic sourcing and contracting of products and services for India with a focus on the firm's corporate strategy of improved 'profitability and growth'. Key tasks will include:
? Leveraging proficiencies in strategic sourcing through contract negotiations.
? Build and develop supplier relationships to ensure reduced costs, reduced product delivery time and increased customer satisfaction.
? Leveraging global spend and enhanced supplier relationships.
? Manage day-to-day operations and procurement issues.
? Manage tender process from end to end for India (pre-tender preparation, analysis of information, documentation etc)
? Liaison with internal client - understanding of client needs ? deliver client solutions
? To contribute to and support the development, enhancement and implementation of Purchasing Policies and Procedures for Corporate Services within the Region
? To manage procurement projects to ensure that there is an effective audit trail for the appointment of vendors delivering goods and services to the firm.
