| |
Conceptualizing & developing need based training modules for developing multi skilled work force for cross utilization within sub processes for optimum efficiency..
Map competencies and for building and executing assessment centers and assessment mechanisms
To understand the business and the job roles to effectively manage the competency assessment and competency building initiatives.
Consistent implementation of best practice in the planning/design, development and delivery of training development planning, curriculum planning and implementation.
Should be able to identify, develop, co-ordinate and deliver appropriate internal training modules.
Identify and coordinate external resources/ approaches for capability building
Assist in enhancing employee productivity by monitoring and tracking return on training investment � through identified follow-up planning and implementation of learnings from training - on the job
Establishing various Learning methodologies for training Associates using adult Learning methodologies.
Reorganizing the training delivery methodology to improve training effectiveness.
Developed & implemented Coaching framework and handled coaching content & scenario development.
Conceptualized and implemented e-learning modules with HP master vendors for technical sales based trainings
EXPERIENCE : 7 - 10 years experience in relevant field E.g. : Training & Development , Performance Mgt with exposure to OD, Capability building consulting and relevant interventions,.
Exposure to competency mapping and capability assessment tools would be an advantage
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Should have excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
