Resource planning and utilization, Cost estimation and cost control
Quality planning
Staff Acquisition and Team development
Communication Planning.
Information Distribution
Performance evaluation and reporting
Risk Management planning, identification, Monitoring and control.
Vendor Interaction.
Experience:
7 years and above at various roles in the software industry. At least 1 year in the role of project manager or any other equivalent designation handling .NET based projects.
Must have handled a team size of at least 10
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC processes
UML.
Experience in handling .Net Projects preferred.
PMI Certification is an Added Advantage.
