| |
Candidate must be able to manage multiple simultaneous requests.
Candidate must be capable of providing ongoing support for Tivoli Workload Scheduler, OVO alert monitoring, and UNIX (HP/Solaris) account administration.
Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Skills : TWS ,Mestro, Jobstrack,OVO
Duties:
? Monitors Midrange schedules and jobs through OVO alerts and Tivoli Workload Scheduler JSC.
? Escalates or performs corrective action on abends per PICASSO special instructions. Note: Always escalate to support contact even if there are no special instructions in PICASSO.
? Perform corrective action per directions from support contact.
? Checks Picasso for assigned tickets takes ownership of incidents from Help Desk Analyst, resolves or escalates incidents to responsible support groups.
? Updates Incident Tickets with detailed information,
? Updates Turnover Report.
? Checks changes in Change Management System. Checks the Midrange Ops eRoo. |
