Financial Analysts provide comprehensive financial analysis and consulting to business unit and industry managers. At the senior level, they provide key contact and support for individual divisions. You will provide financial services and consulting on processes, programmes and projects, primarily to business managers, execute Month End Close processes, and contribute to planning, forecast and trend analysis Requirements: Should be a functional expert. Exposure to quality concepts/ principles like Six Sigma or, and DMAIC or and ISO preferred; Demonstrate understanding of reporting, business intelligence, analytics, reporting solutions, market players and practices; Previous experience in a financial service BPO would be a definitive advantage Exposure to ERP would be an added advantage. Behavioral Traits:High energy levels Strong communication skills – applicable both within team and with customers. Proven ability to manage priorities and conflicts Flexibility .
