Description : |
| |
# The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring adherence to accounting policies, principles & directives and procedures.
# Ensure Direct & Indirect tax compliance on panIndia basis including compliance towards Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Property Tax, Customs Duty, Excise Duty, Sales Tax/ VAT, Service Tax, Entry Tax, Works Contract tax etc.
# Preparation and filing and assessments of various Tax Returns ( Direct & Indirect ).
# Represent the company in Litigation with various tax authorities
# Visit regional offices for overseeing compliance with direct and indirect taxes.
# Ensure the preparation of details and certificates for Tax Audit assessment/ litigation with Tax Authorities
# Ensure correct determination of advance tax liability and its timely deposit
# To ensure correct determination of provision of income tax in the financial statements.
# Prepare, co-ordinate and liase with Companies Tax Consultants with regard to filling of Direct and Indirect Tax.
# Do tax planning and assist the organization in reducing the overall tax cost.
DESIRED PROFILE
# QUALIFICATION : Chartered Accountant
# EXPERIENCE : 5 - 8 yrs
# Location : Delhi
# Excellent knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Laws, rules and procedures
# Good communication skills in English.
# Adequate understanding of legal, financial and accounting principles
