Experience Profile -
-Total 4-7 years experience, with experience in requirement analysis and design role
-Core Skill: CICS, DB2, COBOL
-Should have sound technical knowledge
-Should have experience in Application Production Support .(APS)
Key work Accountabilities -
-Support production in 24 X 7 mode
-Delivery of zero-defect code through adherence of development processes, reviews and testing cycles
-Application design and component design
-Take on initial analysis activities
-Lead application design and subsequent reviews
-Ensure effective transition from analysis to design
-Closely replicating PL role but with more technical content
-Guide developers in translating component design into tested code
-Create high level design and resolve problems of varying degrees of complexity
-Requirement gathering
Qualification & Personality profile -
-Engineer / MCA from a premier institute
-Excellent communication skills
-Good inter-personal skills and team player.
