Description : |
| |
-The person will lead large scale, Global Testing Engagements for external Clients covering Application Performance testing, Functional/Regression testing, Test Automation, and Application Performance Monitoring.
-Developing engagement proposals and detailed engagement plans and schedules. Negotiate with clients during pre-contract signing, through contract closure and during all phases of engagements in between.
-Manage and negotiate change orders.
-Able to work with customers both international and domestic on an ongoing basis. Identifying and tracking engagement risks, scope, schedule, and cost changes, as well as resource and quality issues.
-Define and lead the program team.
-Ensuring practice and engagement success including quality, financial performance, and delivery to the customer.
-Manage a varied staff that will include employees, partner companies, and/or subcontractors. Responsible for all staff development and growth of next generation leadership from existing team.
-Ensuring Practice and engagement compliance, training, testing and marketing requirements have been met.
Will have total responsibility and be held accountable for each engagement ‘s success.
Expected Profile :
-The person must possess minimum experience of 10 years and a maximum experience of 17 years in Software , Global Testing Engagements for external Clients covering Application Performance testing, Functional/Regression testing, Test Automation, and Application Performance Monitoring
-Substantial Project Management experience with large-scale operational or project management environments – preferably in Application Testing.
-Hands-on experience in one or more areas of Application Testing.
-Previous experience in establishing a Testing Practice.
