| |
Responsible
Work with the Product Managers and Project Managers to translate business requirements into a structured technical designs and solutions.
Manage an architecture team that will assist in architectural tasks.
Mentor development staff in technical skills, coding standards, documentation, good software engineering practices and process.
Act as an assistant advisor to the CTO on technical direction and strategy for new product development and business development opportunities.
Develop a broad range of end user environments and exercise solid judgment in choosing the most appropriate approach to solve complex customer problems.
Constant research and innovation pertaining to best practices, keep the company in line with emerging technologies to satisfy business needs.
Desired Profile
Architectural design (service orientated architecture, aspect orientated architecture, design and enterprise patterns, rational unified process, UML, CASE tools etc.
Good understanding of software component, distributed systems development on OOAD principles.
Advanced web application development on mobile platforms.
Strong understand of of networking, network architecture and internet related protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, Remoting etc).
Strong hands-on software
development experience using .Net 2.0, C#, PHP, ASP.Net, D/HTML, XML/XSLT, Script, Stored Procedures and AJAX technologies, Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases.
Prior experience in ISP environment /Portal business experience is a big plus. Exposure to Project Management, Business process engineering (workflow automation) and Financial/Business application development would be a definite advantage
