Expert knowledge of web-related technologies including: Flash 8 Pro, Action Script 2.0, XML (dynamic reading into flash), and CSS, Flash Remoting. Additional programming experience (ASP.net, JSP, etc.) preferred. 3-5 years experience designing/programming flash interfaces. Bachelor's Degree (16 years). Knowledge of browser and platform compatibility issues. Knowledge of user interface design principles and web design best practices/standards. Solid knowledge of HTML, Java Script and CSS. Experience with Photoshop and Visio. Proficiency in screen layout and visual design. Excellent communication skills, time management, job scoping, and estimating skills. Ability to work in collaborative environments. Ability to use technology to make the design implementation more efficient. |
