Description : |
| |
Drive deployment of processes and IT systems across business areas to group countries.
Document processes within the defined scope by process mapping, information mapping and the development of user specifications and best practices.
Conduct business analysis while working closely with the business to bring out the key processes and best practices
Document best practices using process techniques like SIPOC modelling and UML modelling techniques
Acquire end-to-end deployment capability in a chosen stream and lead deployments for future implementations
Utilize tools and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma (Design for six sigma and or Process Six sigma), Unified Modelling Language for deployments
Extensive travel involving significant time spent on-site on project basis
Functional Skills required for being successful in the role:
Rational UML Business Modelling Expertise
Process Mapping, Gap Analysis and Process Documentation
Has experience of at least one full life cycle implementation of ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP
Business Analysis in areas of Retail, Supply Chain, Point of Service, Procurement, Finance etc
Fair understanding of IT applications like Oracle Retail, Retailix, and POS applications.
Understanding of Process re-engineering techniques like Six-sigma etc.
