# Responsible for spearheading the Quality initiative
# Managing Quality for multiple Programs and institutionalizing the Quality Concept.
# Involved in Training and GB/BB certification activities
# Interact with International Clients & maintain the prescribed quality standards
# Work with Service Delivery Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices.
# Imparting training on Six Sigma
# Process mapping and providing consultation on existing gaps and improvement opportunities.
Desired profile
# Minimum 8 -10 years experience leading Quality function in any industry
# Expertise in Six Sigma or ISO certifications, should have been in the role for last 2-3 years
# BPO/ ITES or consultancy experience preferred
# Trained or certified Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor
# Strong Executive personality, impeccable team management
# Assertive, self-driven, focused on improvement
