HP Designs and maintains and enhances systems developed based on OOAD concepts and Java as a programming language. We need someone to architect/refactor our systems and mould junior programmers to seasoned software professionals
your profile
Mandatory: Batchelor s degree in Computer Science,
Optional: Masters degree in Engineering,
8+ years of experience
Hands on experience in designing large complex systems based on OO approach for atleast 3 years
Should have worked in Java/J2EE / Struts as a hands on person
Should have strong client interaction and customer handling skills and be quick to grasp new requirements
Should be willing to mould new engineers into the track of software development
Should be well versed with quality systems like CMMi
Exposure or working experience in .net will be a high want
Should have worked in multiple operating systems (optional)
