Devising and formulating Voice and Accent Training modules and training Presentations.
Devising Call Flow charts.
Trained New Joinees as well as the Existing staff on communication skills, voice and accent and soft skills.
Monitoring and rectifying and training existing/ new agents on neutral accent and pronunciation.
Develop operating procedures for Customer Interaction.
Gave English communication training to staff in Multi Lingual process.
First level of interview to assess communication.
Devising Process training Modules for all Processes.
Supervising process training.
Conducting workshops for agents as well as team leaders.
Took Management Training workshops.
Devised Client Presentation and also conducted Client Presentations |
