Skill Mandatory:Minimum of three years experience in software development Hands on development experience and good degree of proficiency in .NET technologies with exposure to ASP .NET, VB .NET and XML technologies.Good understanding of the database concepts and hands on work experience of having worked in SQL server 2000Hands on design experience in designing Web applications grounds up using UML and OOAD methodologies Proficiency in a UML based tool will be a definite plusExposure to IDEs and Unit testing tools will be a definite plusAbility to understand the requirements from the customer and articulate them in a clear and concise documentationExposure to SEI-CMM and SEI- CMMi process management framework and should have executed projects hands on under this framework Should be a self starter and a team playerExperience : 3 - 5yrs |
