ObjectivesPrimary: Profitable Business Growth 1. Develop and align country NMS business plan & strategies to region and worldwide goals & directions.2. Drive business growth by formulating, according to market demands, new routes to markets and suggesting new solution packaging.3. Deliver financial performance against Aspire / targets order, revenue, margin.Partner and Channel Development4. Develop local partners, both internal and external, to access current markets, to identify new routes to existing markets, to complement the NMS offerings, to differentiate Networking Services and thereby to obtain sales advantage.5. Point of interface with partners, both internal and external, for country prospects, to further the lead generation and qualification process.People management Role6. Manage the country NMS business development team to partner & support sales of NMS service & solutions.Secondary : Support role7. Assist Marketing to build awareness in the new market segments and new routes to markets.Measures1. Financial performance goals order, revenue & margin Aspire2. Business growth year on year growth against established growth targets3. Profitability meet or exceed the target margin through portfolio management |
