BPO Email Support Executives:
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 year college level degree course in an English Medium environment
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Care managing a US customer base (3+ years for Supervisors)
3. Strong ability to comprehend written English and structure effective written English communications
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Typing speed above 30 words per minute
Preferred Requirements:
1. College degree with English as a major area of study
2. 1+ year High volume Email response service support using an industry standard ERMS system
3. Experience in Non Verbal / Consultative environment – Email / Chat support.
4. Experience with the use of a Siebel based CRM application
