| |
The role requires remotely administering the systems and managing the Data centre operations comprising Production Servers of HP-UX, IBM AIX dispersed geographically across the world. Preparing and Scheduling shell scripts to run the application batches.
? Experience in Net Back-Up
? Automating various flows and process for the System Support of various tools like Remedy, People soft, and Tivoli Maestro.
? Troubleshooting the problems in batches and hence providing Level-1 support for production servers. Monitor, Control the IT infrastructure under the responsibility of the ECC to ensure maximum availability to the business.
? Performing day to day system/tools administration activities on production servers like managing disks, file systems, user creation, improving system performance Perform Level-1error analysis and recovery.
? Preparation of documentation and procedures required for reference. Maintaining strong partnerships and working relationships with dependent internal IT groups (Infrastructure, Database Operations, Networking, Server Support, Systems Engineering, etc.) as required |
