Description : |
| |
Manage weekly process deliverables assuring high quality of data flow and output with minimum process disruptions. Position focuses on utilizing SAP/APO/BW, IPAE (Allocation Tool) and IPD (Integrated Planning Database) maintenance, data integrity. Coverage includes US Reseller, Ops Planning, Consumer, Commercial and back up support for Supplies. 1st line technical support and troubleshooting. Develop and implement process enhancements. 1st Line Troubleshooting Respond to data and system escalations within standard TAT Problem solve known issues Create e-calls to I.T. Create SRs as needed Minimize disruption in weekly planning process Escalate issues to PSE (Process System Expert) Proactively communicate status of issue resolution to customers Rotate with other PSEs to cover customer escalations Weekly Planner process Manage APO/IPD weekly process for DP Lead weekly stability meetings Monitor and report issues
