| |
The Lead engineer will Own and become the expert for one or more significant features of the core framework. Create and review engineering specifications, describing features and modules in area of responsibility. Design algorithms which are robust, maintainable, extensible, efficient and understandable for the purpose of implementing product features. Resolve architectural and cross-product design issues
Job Requirements:
? 2-5 years of relevant experience
? Consistently exceeded proficiency requirements and performance expectations of the previous level.
? Consistently exhibited behaviors and performance aligned with Siebel Core Values.
? B.E. /B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech in Engineering from reputed institutions/universities
? Good C++ skills - Should be able to write code snippets to demonstrate C++ constructs in the context of a simple programming exercise.
? Good exposure to NT/Windows platform and Windows based development and debugging tools and techniques. Should demonstrate ability to debug programs and understand Microsoft Dev Tools. Should be able to explain/solve some simple scenarios such as Memory corruption, Call stacks etc
