| |
Develop a relationship of trust with the customer and maintain high standards of confidentiality
Offer quality advice with a conservative approach to help the clients’ preserve and grow their wealth on the basis of the recommendations of private banking advisory group –
Understand the needs and priorities of the customer.
Develop a financial plan commensurate with the requirements.
Help the customer implement the plan.
Track the customer’s investments and give proactive suggestions to enhance the portfolio performance on a regular basis.
Single point contact and personalised service to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Actively Cross-sell other banking products like term deposits , commercial banking (current accounts and SME assets) , personal loan , home loan , credit cards etc.
