| |
* Manage a team of BDC?s & AM
* Manage and develop the team through recruiting, hiring, training and motivating
* Analyze current sales patterns to identify the industries into which we should execute calling campaigns
* Evaluate campaigns to improve our effectiveness
* Build working relationships with all Oracle sales channels including inside/outside sales teams, marketing and other business development teams
* Evaluate best practices across the reps /campaign process to share with other reps and business development teams
* Increase the productivity and effectiveness of the current program
Desired Profile * Overall experience of 8 - 10years of software sales
* Handling of US market
* Must posses working knowledge of programmatic prospecting campaign strategy in the software industry
* Must be operationally strong, with an ability to identify and measure key metrics for a prospecting organization
* Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to forge relationship with field sales, marketing and other groups within Oracle
* Experience with direct customer interaction, with US customers is a plus
* Must be accountable and strive for continuous improvement
* Ability to hire and train new business development representatives
* Grad/ BE/Btech/MBA from premier institutes: MBA preferred
* Job demands to work with the US timings. Flexibility to work on Night Shifts is an essential requirement for this position.
