Responsible for overall program management and project deliverables. Customer satisfaction. TCE&Q. Customer Loyalty. Employee satisfaction. Team motivation. Leadership. Customer advocacy. Ability to work with multiple Business Units. The candidates should have worked on a Managed Services model, lead large teams across multiple locations (100 +).One of core technical strenghts should either be in data centre / server mgmt in unix or windows / desktop management etc.

Visionery. Must be quick to understand current and future business requirements of customer and transform to business opportunity. Must have the ability to analyze current and future risks. Experience 10 to 12 Years in a reputed IT organization. Must Certifications - PMP and ITIL Foundation / Masters Excellent people management, customer & vendor management skills. Experience in conducting reviews etc.Good negotiation skills to deal with vendors.
