| |
- Implementation of Security Standards - BS7799 and other Audit requirements which are specific for Clients such as SAS 70 , HIPPA etc and ensuring security compliance.
- Addressing the client RFP's and RFI's.
- Performing Operational Risk Analysis / IT Risk assessment for the processes.
- Performing regular audits and providing regular reports at the center and corporate level.
- Working closely with CML lead and the relationship CMLÂ’s.
- Product comparison and recommendation for automating security at the Center.
- Handling security incidents, mitigation and escalation.
- Ensuring regular training of all associates at the center level
- Addressing various client related security requirements vis-à¶is TCS Wellspring security policy, guidelines and procedures.
- Implementing best practices to ensure Business Continuity of the processes at all times.
- Providing subject matter expertise specific to processes as per the client requirements with respect to Security Requirements .
- Improving and optimizing the various security related processes.
- Implementing Change Control Mechanism.
