INCUMBENT MUST HAVE HANDLED A HARDCORE TECHNICAL PROCESS
Co-ordinate and analyze operational and service management metrics and reports.
Achieve established goals for production hours, service levels, & revenue.
Co-ordinate with other regions for global Claims and Recoveries MIS
Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management
Creating consistent methods for analyzing and reporting metrics (Including description of trends and meaning)
Identifying deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommending solutions.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve metrics and the validation of the data.
Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE ABOVE EXPERIENCE IN A TECHNICAL PROCESS FROM BPO OR ITES INDUSTRY
DESIRED PROFILE:
A graduate in any discipline with a total work experience of 11 to 20 years & minimum of 3 to 4 years in the BPO industry
Should have handled In Bound Technical / Semi- Technical process
The person must have handled large teams.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Excellent Team Handling & People Management Skills.
The candidate must be open to Relocation to Delhi / Kolkata
