1) Determine and implement strategies and initiatives all across the region.
2) Leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Executives.
3) Handling an average business value of selling 100 cars/annum.
4) Setting up proper distribution network.
5) Increase distribution network, provide smooth and in-depth distribution.
6) Training, developing sales force and Channel Partners.
7) Coaching of sales force towards sales development, merchandising and implementation of system.
8) Tracking of daily sales, analyzing day-to-day performance of the sales team vis-à-vis area. |
