Candidate should be a good communicator, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Candidate should possess a dynamic and self-motivating personality and convey a high level of professional experience.

Technical
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Hold a relevant bachelor degree, an equivalent qualification or demonstrated ability to perform
• Has an appreciation for development languages
• Very sound industry trends awareness
• Sound project management skills
• Very sound technical skills
• Very sound ability to take on multiple assignments
• Very sound problem solving skills
• Sound people management skills, ability to resolve conflicts
• Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (RUP, XP and DIV)
• Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and web technology
• Strong knowledge of PM best practices and business processes
• Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
Management
• Proficient in Software Project Management
• Proficient in developing, managing & tracking Project Plans
• Proficient in Team Assessments, Team Assembly and Team Management Skills
• Proficient in Scope Management
• Proficient in Risk Management (Risk Assessment and Mitigation Skills)
• Proficient in Contingency Planning
