The IMS Wintel team provides infrastructure support on Microsoft Windows platforms to HP customers worldwide. It is a part of Infrastructure Services India Center.
Details -
- To provide L3 support on Microsoft Windows OS platforms servers
- Multiple customers across the globe with differing shift timings and support processes
- Incident/problem/change management
- Analysis of the environment and perform root cause analysis for identified problems
- The role will report to a Delivery Manager
