Monitors actual performance, and makesrecommendation to make certain that the financial goals of the Company areactively pursued. Advises management with respect to maximizing profit andcontrolling cost and expenses2. Internal and Operational Control. Safeguards the assets of thecompany, and maintains a sound system of internal control in accordancewith Corporate requirements. Promptly reports all lapses in internalcontrol.3.
