Applies developed knowledge of Newton, support system environment and support system knowledge to monitor quality of ARMs processes by CSCs as per the quality legend, Maintain individual / process quality scores and report them weekly (need basis), provide feedback to individuals and track improvements.
o Monitor quality of the orders processed by Customer Service Coordinators and provide them appropriate feedbacks
o Maintain individual / process quality scores and report them on weekly / need basis
o Suggest changes for improvement in processes and setup processes to avoid errors
